Did you think that producing good coffee is just a matter of drying the seeds and roasting them? Not so.

It all starts in the cultivation: years of care and dedication to have strong and healthy plants, until the first harvest arrives, even after 3 years!

When the fruits are ready, we select them one by one. We only choose ripe cherries, to guarantee that unique flavor that true coffee lovers recognize.

Next comes pulping, washing and slow sun drying, which can take weeks to reach an ideal humidity of 10-12%. This is the parchment coffee, ready for its next step.

Finally, we meticulously remove the defective beans and select only the highest quality ones. We carefully thresh them to obtain the green coffee, now ready for the art of roasting and the packaging process.

Each cup you enjoy is the result of long work, patience and passion.

Do you know someone who should know this? Help us share the value of this great work and let's make more people discover the art of producing quality coffee. ☕✨
