However, this perception changes completely when exploring better quality coffees, especially specialty coffees.<\/p><p>Specialty coffee is recognized worldwide thanks to the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) score, which classifies coffees on a scale of 0 to 100. Only those that obtain more than 80 points are considered specialty coffees, differentiating them from commercial coffees.<\/p><p>This rating is based on aspects such as aroma, which should be pleasant and distinctive in both the dried bean and the infusion.
