This small detail is a good start. Valved bags allow carbon dioxide to be released without allowing oxygen to enter, keeping the coffee fresher for longer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The label:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Always check the type of coffee. If it is 100% Arabica, you are on the right track. This type of coffee tends to be sweeter and smoother compared to other varieties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aroma:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It smells deep! Fruits, flowers or a burnt smell? If you detect a burnt smell, it is a clear sign of low quality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Color:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Observe the color of the coffee. A very dark and bright tone could be indicative of a low quality coffee. How should it be? Look for an intense brown color, this is an indication of a careful and balanced roasting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The expiration date:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do not underestimate the importance of freshness. Check the expiration date and avoid drinking expired coffee.
