Fold the paper filter along the seams and place it inside the cone. Add ground coffee (medium grind) for the required portions and shake lightly until level.
*10-12 g is normally sufficient for one serving (120 ml).
Remove the boiling water from the heat. Wait for the boiling water to settle. Pour hot water slowly to moisten the ground coffee from the center outward in a moving circular pattern. Wait about 30 seconds until the next pour.
Start slowly adding more water using the same speed and rotary motion as before. Make sure that the water does not come in direct contact with the paper filter. The preparation should take 3 minutes.
